My current question that I'm trying to work out is Article IV clause 22(1) about Council and "Fund".
What is the Fund? Who can be in it? Maybe some of us are in it already? How many people will be in the Council?
This is similar to Gilby's question he posted in Signal but didn't get an answer to, yet.
